This can connect parents more to the school if they feel like they are communicated with in a timely real time manner. The connection can lead more parental involvement and volunteerism. Blogging with the faculty can provide answers to problems and can bring out problems that may be resolved quickly. You can communicate your vision and goals freely and provide that support for your faculty. The campus morale can greatly improve because the faculty feels a part of team that is communicated with. The faculty in turn can gain ownership and cohesiveness that the school needs. Blogging provides great benefits to the entire campus, parents and all stakeholders.
